Which Is the Best Place to Buy a Home in Romeoville, Plainfield, Bolingbrook?

by admin on

I am a first time home buyer, and I’m looking for Romeoville, Plainfield and Bolingbrook. I voted for 230K and you want to make the best move between these three areas, but in reality, would be so close to I55 and the city as possible. Advice? Also going through at this time in Chicago for Midway Airport and the workplace, so I’m finding my time travel.

Well Bolingbrook was just voted the #32 best city in the country to live in. We have a brand new outdoor mall, a new hospital, and it is overall a great community.

By the way, I am a mortgage broker. If you want to see if you are getting the best loan, give me a call. I would be happy to give you a free proposal.

Hey, I saw your post- I’m a realtor in NC so I thought I would offer my help. I specialize in helping first time homebuyers get into homes, so I know how important this purchase is to you!

Coldwell Banker (the company I work for) has the largest relocation department in the entire United States and we are able to find top agents for clients world-wide (no matter where they are currently living or where they are planning to move). If you want to e-mail me, I would be more than happy to refer you to a wonderful agent in your area that will be able to walk you through every step of the way! Coldwell Banker’s relocation department prides itself in making every client’s home purchase as easy and as smooth as possible and only the area’s best agents are referred! Send me an e-mail, and I would be happy to tell you more! (Did I mention that this service is free to you? :)

There are a lot of homes in foreclosure, or listed at reasonable prices in all three communities. Look at a lot of homes with an buyer’s agent that works in these towns and knows them well. Check out the school district scores and proximity to schools, if you have children. There is a lot of good shopping, churches, libraries – so take your choice. If you buy near I-55 and Weber Rd, there will be construction for a while.
