Which area is better Elmwood park IL or Plainfield IL
I work from home so I don’t have to worry about commuting for work.
I have family in both areas.
I want a kids friendly area with good schools and low crime.
I have three boys (11, 7 & 5)
Each area has it’s pro and cons, just want some other opinions.

I lived in Buffalo Grove, and Park Ridge Illinois moved far north west in Illinois, I think Plainfield would be better It is more rural, less crime. Check the demographics on the internet of both areas, if you have family in both towns they should be your best source of information.
