THERE ARE SO MANY PROGRAMS FOR FIRST TIME BUYERS. MY HUSBAND AND I USED ONE OURSELVES WHEN WE BOUGHT OUR FIRST HOME JUST 5 YEARS AGO. A REAL ESTATE AGENY WOULD BE ABLE TO TELL YOU ABOUT THE MANY PROGRAMS AVAILABLE AND IT DOESNT COST YOU A THING TO ASK.
